Keeping It Classy | 4th of July Fashion | Charlotte NC Photographer

The Fourth of July is definitely one of the best days of the year! It combines three of almost everyone's favorite things, holidays, summer, and their country! When celebrating such a great day, you should definitely do it in style. What better way  to commemorate America's independence than with patriotic looks sure to make you shine as bright as the fireworks. Fourth of July looks are great and can be so much fun with all the red, white, and blue. However, the outfits can become kitschy very quickly. You might not want to look like a walking flag-firework combo. To avoid this try incorporating the red, white, and blue into the cute styles you might normally wear, while also throwing in a few neutrals. Classy over kitschy is always a good move.

To pump up your Fourth of July style, a patriotic manicure can pull your whole look together. This is also a great area to add the stars and stripes you might be missing from your outfit. You may not realize it but finger nails can make or break a photo. I tell all my girls to make sure their nails are done before their session. They don't have to be professionally manicured but old cracked nail polish will show up in pictures. So remember, to make sure your Fourth of July fashion is flawless but also fun! Get creative with some polish for the perfect head to toe look.

Check out these looks that are classy, not kitschy, and provide some great nail color options for your Fourth of July celebration.
