Diary of a Charleston Bride | Wedding Ceremony Ideas

Since I was on my spring break the other week I was able to go down and get a lot of loose ends tied up in Charleston. One of the things I did that made me feel so much better was meet with the wedding coordinator at the church. I wanted her to walk through everything with her before, to make the rehearsal go that much smoother and just get an idea of what the day would look like. This is all new to me so I had no idea what to even ask or what I needed to know. One thing I had not even thought about was the processional order. Luckily, our coordinator was very on top of everything and explained to me how a traditional ceremony goes.

If you are not familiar with it, here is a helpful link to both Christian and Jewish wedding ceremony basics.

Another thing I still need to decide is the wedding music. I want to keep it traditional and came across this great article with helpful suggestions of classic wedding music. What are your thoughts on ceremony music? Do you prefer traditional or something more modern?
